We encourage you to visit this page often. Your continued use of the NewsValet site and our services means that you agree to be bound by all such changes made to these terms.

Subscriptions.

NewsValet may offer free trial subscriptions. If you accept our free trial offer, NewsValet will automatically activate your account for the amount of days offered in the promotion with all terms of service applied except for monthly and yearly subscription payment plan details, which only apply to paid subscribers.

If NewsValet has monthly and yearly subscription rate plans, payment cycles for monthly subscriptions occur monthly automatically, beginning on the day the account is activated with each month paid in advance. Payment cycles for yearly subscriptions occur yearly automatically beginning on the day the account is activated with each year paid in advance.

If you wish to cancel your subscription for any reason, you must Contact Us at least 10 business days before a term ends in order to avoid being billed for subsequent months or years, depending on the plan agreed upon. Otherwise, your NewsValet subscription will be renewed automatically according to the terms agreed upon at subscription time. NewsValet will not, under any circumstances, refund subscription fees that have already been processed according to our agreement at time of subscription.

If any of your billing information changes (e.g., new credit card number, new address or email address, etc.), you must update that information with us immediately. In the event that NewsValet is not able to charge your credit card account, we reserve the right to restrict your access to our services until you correct the problem. We also reserve the right to cancel your NewsValet subscription if you do not respond to our request for updated information within 30 days.

Use of Service and Content.

As a NewsValet subscriber, you are solely responsible for all use of your account and for ensuring that all use of this site through your account complies fully with all terms. Your account is not transferable to any other person or entity.

Content that you access through our service is for personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to sell, publish, reproduce, distribute, retransmit or otherwise provide access to the content to anyone for commercial or any other purposes except for your own personal use.

As a NewsValet subscriber, you are allowed to view all content presented, to save references to links, and to email links to associates as a reference to information of mutual interest. You will not claim or disguise ownership of any part of this activity in any way and will include claims of ownership wherever presented.

Be aware that NewsValet at times provides summaries and links to content owned by other entities. The content on these sites are protected by strict copyrights pursuant to U.S. and international copyright laws. These information sources that make their materials available to you by way of our service retain all rights and title to any and all intellectual property rights existing in such materials. You agree to abide by all additional copyright notices, information or restrictions appearing on any content. Any fraudulent, abusive or other illegal activity discovered may be grounds for our terminating your account, which we may exercise at our sole discretion, and NewsValet may refer you to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Trademarks owned by NewsValet, the NewsValet logo, and all other trademarks, service marks and trade names of NewsValet appearing on this site or in any marketing or other printed materials are owned by Ayacom, Inc. NewsValet’s trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not NewsValet’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits NewsValet. All other trademarks, product or service names, brand names, company names and/or logos appearing on this Site are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties.

Because the service that NewsValet provides relies on information received from outside sources, NewsValet cannot guarantee that the information will always be relevant to the subscribers needs and/or arrive in a timely manner because of the possibilities of situations that might occur beyond our control. NewsValet, in these cases, cannot and will not be held responsible for the affects of these kinds of occurrences, nor will Newsvalet be held responsible for service interruptions or failures due to any other natural or unnatural causes beyond its control.
